CNC, the Intra-Asia short sea specialist of the CMA CGM Group, has announced a new China to Thailand service code-named CT3 that links Hong Kong, Nansha, Shekou and Thailand.

CT3 is an express service from South China to Thailand and will make weekend port calls at Nansha, Shekou, Laem Chabang, and Bangkok. The service aims to facilitate the same-week shipment of goods produced by the two countries during the weekdays.

With a weekly stop at the deep-water port of Nansha, CT3 is set to deliver inbound and outbound shipments from the neighboring Chinese cities of Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhongshan and Jiangmen. Additionally, CT3 will double-up as an alternative shipping choice for Hong Kong-bound shipments from Thailand.

CT3 will start its inaugural voyage on 1 April from Laem Chabang with the following service rotation:

Hong Kong – Nansha – Shekou – Laem Chabang – Bangkok – Laem Chabang – Hong Kong
