In a constantly evolving world, keeping up with the latest technologies becomes crucial for business operators. Continuity and transparency are now more important in the modern business environment than ever, where consumers are leaning towards the internet when it comes to communicating and staying up-to-date with the latest news and information

Thus, as the Eastern Sea Laem Chabang Terminal Co., Ltd. or ESCO march towards their 30th anniversary, they have optimized their website, which is open for global access with a new interface, as well as additional functions. Users are now able to access the Terminal’s information such as container tracking, B/L tracking, berth schedules, cost estimation, and procedures in a more convenient manner.

A New Beginning

Homepages are the most important part of any website, as they strike the first impression to visitors. ESCO tailored their updated website with a simpler, yet, gravitating design. Services and information, berth schedules, and cost estimation can be accessed from the streamlined menu tab on top of the page.

The ABOUT US is the first option in the menu tab, which offers a brief history of ESCO, a list of current executives, the Company’s code, etc.

Next to it is SERVICES. Visitors can find all of ESCO’s services, including Container Handling, Customs Clearance, CFS/CY, and Trucking Services.

Inside TOOLS, which is the option beside the ABOUT US tab, visitors are able to explore BERTH SCHEDULES and COST ESTIMATION. BERTH SCHEDULES is constantly updated to offer visitors the latest schedules, while COST ESTIMATION provides a cost estimating tool for ESCO services such as Container Importing, Container Exporting, and Empty Container Shipping.

Next in the menu tab is PROCEDURES, which allows visitors to access the following sub-menus; SAFETY AND SECURITY, REGULATIONS, ‘VISITORS’ BUILDING ACCESS and DOCUMENTATION. All of these pages demonstrate that ESCO value the safety of their staff and stakeholders, while serving customers under international standards.

ESCO enable their customers and website visitors to keep up with the latest news and updates via the NEWS option, which is placed in the menu tab alongside PROCEDURES

Track Your Shipment

The shipment tracking service via the online platform is common in every industry today. Users of ESCO’s updated website are able to conveniently receive such a service by scrolling down the homepage. Inside the service tab, visitors can find the LOGIN section, CONTAINER TRACKING, and BILL OF LADING TRACKING boxes. ESCO’s customers can track their shipments or Bill of Ladings by simply typing the container number or Bill of Lading number into the boxes of each service.

In addition, the service tab is embedded with shortcuts to BERTH SCHEDULES and COST ESTIMATION, as ESCO are aiming to provide users the best experience.

All Devices Supported

Nowadays, the internet is widely accessible through various devices such as PC, smartphones, tablets, and other smart gadgets. Therefore, ESCO’s latest website installment was made to support all types of devices’ systems.

The Terminal’s website optimization is deemed to be the start of their new era, as they’ve moved past their third decade of standing tall as one of Laem Chabang Port’s capable terminal operators.
