Freightplus Thailand Rebrands to FPT Global

Freightplus Thailand recently decided to rebrand the company to FPT Global, effective January 2020. Reasons behind this rebranding came from the continued growth they have experienced in the region throughout 2019, along with the creation of their new renewables division and the opening of their new Vietnam office.

The name change is also part of the company’s strategy targeted to emphasize the strength of their capabilities, growth, and their commitment as FPT Global expands into new regions and sectors.

Launched in November 2019, the new FPT Global Renewables Division is currently working on two projects in Japan and Vietnam with several more scheduled for 2020. To lead this new division, FPT Global has appointed Mr. Ronald Johnson as Director of Renewables. While Their new Vietnam office, located in Ho Chi Minh City will be headed up by Mr. Brett Malcolm, who has over 25 years’ experience in the logistics sectors, including 16 years in Vietnam itself.

The changes to come with the company’s identity rebranding, include a website, social media profiles, and a new logo.
