TIPS Celebrates 28th Anniversary

TIPS Co., Ltd., Laem Chabang Port No. B4, recently held a 28th Anniversary Celebration event with a Buddhist religious ceremony. TIPS invited nine Buddhist monks from Pa Nongleng Temple and Pa Lilaiwan Temple in Sriracha area, Chonburi province to lead the event. The Buddhist religious ceremony started at 07:30 a.m., led by Captain Chatchawan Ghettalae, President, including management and staff, as they offered food to the nine Buddhist monks in front of the Terminal building. The group then listened to a sermon and the ceremony was followed by the worship of the Brahma Shrine at the entrance to the company.

TIPS has organized Buddhist religious ceremonies annually on 1st November to mark the day the company officially commenced operations. The company said this is also a great opportunity for management and staff to join in together for these activities.

Captain Chatchawan said, “TIPS Company has operated terminal B4 in Laem Chabang Port for 28 years. We have grown progressively and steadily under the company’s policy, ‘Customer satisfaction is a heart of our service’. TIPS has also reviewed and monitored customer’s needs regularly, to improve our services, as well as investing into new technologies to deploy, facilitate, and streamline operations as much as possible; to strive for excellence in the management of port at an international level.”
