Wan Hai Lines to Launch Independent AS1 Service

Wan Hai Lines will expand its Asia – South America network by launching the new AS1 weekly service. The service will be operated by ten container vessels with a capacity of 2,200 TEU.

Port rotation of the service is as follows:
KAOHSIUNG – SHEKOU – NINGBO – QINGDAO – ENSENADA – MANZANILLO – BUENAVENTURA – CALLAO – SAN ANTONIO – KAOHSIUNG

The first voyage is scheduled for mid-May from KAOHSIUNG. The AS1 service, which connects Asia to Latin America, will provide clients with better transit times and more service options. It will also strengthen Wan Hai Lines’ current services to serve customers’ needs better.
